TERMS OF PAYMENT
The deposit must be transferred to Hinterland before arrival and once you have the housing contract. The amount to be paid is 250 Euro. It will be given back to you at the end of the rental period, providing the accommodation is left in the same condition as on arrival and if the entire rent has been paid. The deposit will not be returned if the student ends the contract before the expiry date (stated in the contract).

IMPORTANT: Please be aware that all bank costs must be paid by the student over and above the 250 Euro deposit.
The rent of the room can be paid in two instalments each semester:
The first instalment should be paid to the Hinterland office before receiving the keys to the accommodation and consists of the first half of the rent period (two months). The start date is 1st September for the first semester and 1st February for the second semester.
The second instalment is the second half of the rent period (last two months) that should be paid on 1st November for the first semester and on 1st of April for the second semester.
The first and second instalments can be paid at Hinterland Office in cash, by credit card or, if you prefer, by international bank transfer (all bank costs have to be paid by students) to the above mentioned bank account. Any other form of payment cannot be accepted. Students may choose to pay the entire rent period before or upon arrival.
