TERMINATION
It is not possible to terminate the agreement before the expiry date of the contract.
CHECKING OUT
The housing agreement ends on the last day of the contract. Seven working days before the end of the agreement you must contact the Campus reception to make a check out appointment.
According to availability it is possible to receive the deposit in cash if you check out during working days, from Monday to Friday, between 9.00 and 13.00 and in the afternoon between 14.30 and 18.00, otherwise 30 days after returning the key the Housing office will transfer the deposit to your bank account charging you the transfer costs.
After checking out, in order to receive the entire deposit, the rooms must be left clean (unless you have paid for the cleaning service), and in good condition; your personal belongings must be removed and the room keys must be returned back to the reception.
